[Apocalypse + Rebirth + Strong Female Lead + Growth + Catastrophic Cold Wave + Stockpiling]

He Yi has a mother who’s very good at making money.

After getting into one of the city’s top universities,

She discovers after one semester that her roommates are all awful.

One mocks her for being poor, one uses her washbasin to wash her feet during military training, one secretly copies her paper at the end of the term, one makes snide remarks about her behind her back, and one borrows money without paying it back. He Yi can’t find a single good reason to keep living in the dorm,

so in her second semester she moves out and starts enjoying a carefree routine between home, school, and work.

But just one week after she moves, a zombie virus breaks out.

Having just moved, He Yi has no food stored up.

A week after the outbreak, she can no longer hold out and has to go outside.

In the end, she is betrayed and killed by the roommate who always brought her bad luck. In her final moments, He Yi still hasn’t managed to tell her loving mother how she feels.

Reborn within the 24 hours before the virus outbreak, He Yi hopes she can change all the misfortunes to come.
