After Suffering One Humiliation Too Many, the Consort Goes on a Rampage

At the emperor's first selection of consorts after ascending the throne, the young women all prayed that they wouldn't have to marry the old emperor, but would instead be chosen by a young prince. Later, Jiyun happily married the old emperor. He said to his young bride, “Do you miss home? If you do, I'll take you back for a visit.” Jiyun grinned from ear to ear. “Oh, that's an option?!” The story starts out lighthearted, then gets angsty later on.
