About Being Chosen by the Heavenly Dao's Inheritance tells of the extraordinary experiences of Lu Chen, a seventh-grade student. One day, with the sun shining brightly, an unexpected event occurred. In his coma, he witnessed the laws of the Heavenly Dao and learned that the universe was in peril because of a war among the gods. Fate had chosen him to inherit a legacy and save the universe. Although he was doubtful and resisted at first, he eventually accepted for the sake of his family and all living beings. After waking, Lu Chen displayed an astonishing ability to recover, leaving the doctors amazed.
