(The heroine was born in a war zone and has suffered from intermittent memory loss and a two-way emotional communication disorder since childhood.)

Basketball court, white shirt, black stud earrings, lean muscles.

From the capital to Jing University, Song Chi is every girl's ideal type.

In eighth grade, a paper plane brushed against her hair. Bold, forceful strokes sketched her portrait, with the words: Every word rings in my ears.

After getting into the same university, Chi Sheng finally worked up the courage to confess.

“You're just being fostered by the Pei family, and you think you're really some young lady now?”

“I change girlfriends often, but I still have standards.”

After his dream girl returned from overseas, Chi Sheng was put down as utterly worthless.

Living under someone else's roof, Chi Sheng treated this proud, unruly young master with great care.

After crying her eyes out, she had her diary discovered, and her feelings exposed. The girl's face flushed bright red. “Kid, your big brother will teach you how to win someone over.”

“Little sis, what's it like to kiss someone?”

She had to share her chat logs with him, show him her new dresses first, and even report her dates to him in real time.

An accident struck during a club outing, and Song Chi chose without hesitation to go looking for Gu Xiao.

Meanwhile, Pei Ji braved the downpour to find Chi Sheng, shivering with cold, his heart aching for her.

As she burned with a high fever, Pei Ji asked hoarsely, “Chi Sheng, would you please like me?”

But Song Chi, successfully won over by Sheng Sheng, cried until his eyes were red. “You son of a bitch, stealing someone else's girl!?”

Pei Ji smiled. “She was mine to begin with. I'm just returning her to where she belongs.”

“The person Chi Sheng has always liked is me.”

Thankfully, the rose of the war zone found her salvation.

“Love is instinct. Memories can lie, but your heartbeat can't.”
