Building a Private Prison, Starting by Exploiting the Inmates

[Transmigration + Prison Tycoon + Exploitation + Private Police Force + With or Without a Female Lead]

Qin Er transmigrates to the United States and unexpectedly activates the Prison Tycoon System.

For every prisoner he locks up, the System rewards him with all kinds of supplies, from pistols to nuclear bombs.

At the same time, he discovers that the prisoners are free labor. Qin Er transforms into a capitalist and exploits them, building sweatshops where inmates work sewing machines and opening internet cafes where they livestream macho dance routines...

To get more prisoners working for him, Qin Er poses as a champion of justice and partners with the Americans to establish a security company, a private police force, to help capture looters, gang members, and illegal immigrants...

He even sets himself a goal: [I want every criminal in the world to serve time in one of my prisons!]

Among the inmates serving time are the world's greatest escape artist, top financial criminals, influencers with over a hundred million followers...

When people around the world refresh their phones, they are astonished to discover that the world's richest man has changed. He's a prison boss with ten million convicted criminals on his payroll.
