I’ve always wanted to become a great horror novelist. To enter a writing contest, I asked my friend Er Liang to get two strange case files from the Public Security Bureau so I could look for inspiration. I never expected a series of bizarre people and events to start appearing around me. Believe me, there are some things you shouldn’t mess with.
