At twenty-seven, Xu Ai is a timid and rebellious woman. When she meets Zhang Wei, a deaf and mute painter, at an orphanage, he soon becomes part of her life. He helps her overcome her difficulties, teaches her to follow her heart, and guides her step by step toward her dreams.
