The two people Lu Yi hates most are her half-sister Lu Yun, a scheming little green tea, and Chu Fan, the criminal investigation captain who can crush her with a flick of his finger.
The legitimate daughter of a prestigious family, she may seem carefree, but her soul is steadfastly righteous. Watch her stride through life with confidence: a mistress barges into the household? Cut her down! An illegitimate daughter plots against her? Beat her! Captain Chu blows his top? Get on your knees!
She fights her way through every obstacle, using a kind heart to break a hundred kinds of evil.
Lu Yi (ingratiating herself): “Uncle, you must be tired. How about I treat you to a feast?”
Chu Fan (resting with his eyes closed): “Go write the case analysis.”
