[Two male leads with a brother-in-arms dynamic / no romance / ensemble cast / fragmented worldbuilding]
[Alternate world + native perspective + (a little) irreverent “rule-based horror + Backrooms + strategy games” + (a little) setting diagrams and illustrations]
How could this note, whose origins are a mystery, be written in my handwriting?
This seems to be an isolated city with no way out, where bizarre rules restrict us at every turn...
“Slaughtering Spirits City” has no exit, and “death” here is not the end, either. Just when I thought I was about to reach the edge of the truth, I realized that I might be the beginning of it all...
We are trapped in this world, and time has stopped moving. The gears of the end are about to turn to their final notch. How could we just sit here and wait to die?
So, observer beyond the screen, are you ready to watch us escape this cage?
[Content warnings: almost no golden finger / not a power fantasy / extremely slow burn / a tiny bit of daily life in service of the plot / an unusually niche premise >ᯅ<]
Five stars to encourage myself 😳 After coding, I went back and wrote this again. I actually didn't expect to be able to finish coding, haha. I can only say that I tried my best, and I was really exhausted... It's more of a diary style. In the first volume, you will explore independently. In the second volume, you will form a team and start a group. Later, there will be other people's perspectives, so I am bold enough to say that it is a group portrait? (I feel like I have some decent imagination, but I don't seem to have the writing skills to match it, so I use the first person to make up for this shortcoming as much as possible... The upper limit is stuck there, and I don't have much writing skills. I may not be able to write anything good for the time being. Next time, next time, I will definitely [almost cry])
It's amazing, I've never seen this type before, it's a unique shock even though it's ordinary! The author is really talented! Hope to keep updating!
In the early stage, the protagonist explores alone, and later recruits people to join in to explore the rules together.
I feel like this book is very good! I hope the author can work hard!
If you have the patience to read it, this book is quite good.
There is no particularly exciting plot, it feels like it is limited by the subject matter, but the setting is quite new and the setting is basically complete 😘
