[Beloved by everyone + invincible + lighthearted and hilarious]
Paldes had finally “escaped” the deranged hero's torment. But troublemakers live forever: after retiring in death, the hero was forcibly summoned by someone to an unfamiliar place in an incomplete form, and lost all his memories of growing up.
The five-year-old hero, reduced to a toddler, looked at the summoner lying on the ground, then at the group of S-rank pets chasing them. As he ran, he broke down sobbing: “Help meee! Somebody save me!” Then he wiped out the S-rank pets.
The S-ranks: “You think you can take out all forty of us? You think you can kill all forty S-ranks?!”
Later…
People discovered that this boy's beast-taming talent was terrifyingly strong. But what was even more unbelievable was… why did everyone on his team have the same face as him?!
Why was this beast tamer going around swindling people all day?! Was he really that broke?!
Why was his team's fighting style so messed up?! What kind of moves were those? “Everything for Alipay”??? “Look left, look right, look straight ahead”??? Please stop with the bizarre antics!
People had already accepted that an absurd, invincible con artist would become their champion, but why did they only find out afterward that he was a demigod-level pet beast?!!
[The hero is an absurd con artist. The official beast-taming tournament plot only really begins once he's won over most people's affection and starts interacting with their pet beasts, so don't rush. He should get to that in around twenty chapters. The main story is lighthearted, but some of the extras are heavy. If you can't handle angst, feel free to skip them. The extras do contain important worldbuilding, though, so those who enjoy a bit of everything might want to give them a look.]
