In a world of superpowered individuals, the protagonist Liu Ying has the ability to take other people's powers and use them as his own.
At the beginning of the story, Liu Ying is drawn to the Origin Power possessed by the ancestors of the superpowered: Emperor Yan and the Yellow Emperor. After investigating, he finds someone with the power to transmigrate.
But that person is already dead and has been cremated. Liu Ying can still acquire their power from their ashes, but when he finds their grave, the ashes have already been stolen.
The story opens with a transmigration.
The protagonist is bold and spirited, and loves challenging the strong. His enemies are either Emperor Yan and the Yellow Emperor, whom he faces after transmigrating, or transcendent "gods" beyond the mortal world. The power levels in this superpowered world are so outrageous that even the immortal heroes of xianxia would be left eating dust.
