A Secret Crush, Then a Bad Ending

Looking for Tragic Stories About Lovers Dying Together

I once read a book but forgot the title. It ended with the male lead dying and the female lead being confined by the second male lead, who planned to marry her. She pretended to be obedient, then, whether it was on the wedding day or a few days before, she went to the male lead's grave in her wedding dress and took her own life to join him.

Looking for Angsty Novels Where the Lead Loses a Lot of Weight. I Really Need This❗❗❗❗
