Bleach: The Pinnacle

After somehow ending up in the world of Bleach, Jin Chong is destined to reach the pinnacle of the Soul Reapers if he wants to survive.

A relatively realistic take, with no inner cultivation, magic treasures, or other powers beyond those in the Bleach world.

The protagonist’s current power progression:

Shikai to Bankai to Hollowfication

There probably won’t be a female lead. The protagonist is mainly a scheming type who doesn’t go on and on. Read at your own discretion.
