Natural Disaster: Doomsday Begins with the Great Freeze

After a minor earthquake, Shi Yan gained a 10-square-meter storage space, along with a message: Ten days until doomsday. Once she confirmed the space was real, Shi Yan had no time to think it over and began frantically stockpiling supplies. Food, medicine, water, anything she might need, she tried to buy as much as possible. Along the way, Shi Yan quickly discovered two deadly problems: One: she wasn't the only one with special abilities. Two: abilities could be stolen, by taking a life. As a global deep freeze spreads from the south and other ability users eye her covetously, Shi Yan sets out on a perilous journey north with her family and a little black snake she picked up on a whim. But after escaping the frozen zone, Shi Yan discovers that it was all only the beginning... * An atypical natural disaster, atypical stockpiling, and not a power-fantasy story about a strong female lead. There are teammates, and the male lead is a little snake.
