Princess Regent

I am the Grand Princess Regent of the Great Zhao Kingdom.

My prince consort conspired with a demonic Taoist, causing my soul and my maid’s to switch bodies.

My maid, now in my body, used my identity to collude with the prince consort, betray our allies, and steal the kingdom.

I became a palace maid, thrown into prison to endure endless torment as my country fell and my people were slaughtered.

When I opened my eyes, I was back at the moment the prince consort asked for my hand in marriage.

This time, I switched the soul-transference device, sending my maid’s soul into the body of that wicked old Taoist!

If the emperor is incompetent, then perhaps it’s time for a woman to rule this kingdom instead.
