The writing style of this book is very "Hermione", using various more realistic rules to constrain and improve the magical world. It is different from the focus that Rowling wants to depict. One is fantasy and colorful, and the other is realistic and lawful. So when you read it knowing the plot of the original book, it will be a bit boring starting from when Harry is 11 years old and goes to school.
The author's preference can be clearly seen. For the characters he likes, the reasons for doing wrong things are like the feeling of Sirius in the beginning. For the characters he doesn't like, the descriptions will be more radical and critical. The overall preference is for the peaceful and friendly children's adventure stories in recent years. After all, the children's adventure stories at the beginning of the century are also full of dangerous twists and turns.
