I Activated the Imperial Physician System from the Start

In an era that favors Western medicine over traditional Chinese medicine, Lin Xiuyuan is just an ordinary intern in traditional Chinese medicine. Then, an unexpected encounter grants him a mysterious Inheritance System from an ancient imperial physician.

From then on, he can not only see how the body’s meridians function, but also identify the causes of all kinds of difficult and unusual illnesses. As the System continually assigns new side quests, Lin Xiuyuan steadily advances along the path of traditional Chinese medicine. From street-side clinics to top-tier hospitals, from headaches and colds to baffling diseases, every consultation is a challenge, and every cure helps him grow.

Along the way, he meets Zhang Yuqing, a capable Western medicine prodigy; Li Dechun, a highly respected master of traditional Chinese medicine; and shadowy forces eager to get their hands on the System. See how Lin Xiuyuan uses the miraculous Imperial Physician System to outwit all kinds of adversaries and save lives, while writing a legendary tale of traditional Chinese medicine in the bustling city.
