The White Snake’s Sequel: A Place to Call Home

[This book has been discontinued. Thank you all for your support.]

Bai Suzhen has a new identity: the Jade Emperor's maid in her early years.

A sequel to White Snake: Afloat in Life, not following White Snake 2: Green Snake's Tribulation, with major changes: Bai Suzhen is imprisoned beneath Leifeng Pagoda. Xiao Qing escapes to seek a way to save her, and accidentally meets the selfish Huai Clan. The clan leader tricks her into doing their bidding by promising to help her rescue her sister. Once the job is done, the Huai Clan turns its back on her, leaving her with nothing to show for her efforts.

After enduring countless hardships all over again, Xiao Qing personally rescues her sister Bai Suzhen... She thinks the sisters can return to their happy life as before, but things do not go as hoped...

[Don't read this as The Legend of the White Snake. If you want to read it, treat it as a fantasy tale of gods and demons! There are too many major changes.]

(This book isn't wish fulfillment. I'm going with the genre and ending I personally like. There are plenty of heartbreaking moments, and some parts lean toward fantasy about gods and demons. This is my first time writing, so please don't flame me.)
