Author’s note: The memory organ is actually a gland. This book used to be an ABO story, but it was forcibly changed into one about memory organs, and an illness was made up for it. No big deal.

Pei Shu’s first impression of Fu Yanshen is a good one. He just thinks Fu doesn’t talk much. After Pei Shu gets into a car accident on his own, Fu Yanshen becomes his tutor. Because Fu grew up living in other people’s homes, he is particularly diligent when he visits Pei Shu’s home. Later, a heavy rain leaves Fu Yanshen looking pitiful, and Pei Shu finally understands his own feelings. From that moment on, he wants to hold on to Fu Yanshen. He teases him from time to time, but Fu Yanshen is a serious person who wants to take things one step at a time, including dating. No matter how much he wants them to be together, he still insists on taking it slow. He often doubts Pei Shu’s feelings during this time, and eventually confesses, but that only hastens Fu Yanshen’s suicide.
