The Tenth Year Since My Childhood Friend and I Came to This World

It was the tenth year since my childhood friend and I came to this world.

He told me that if we died, we could go back.

Then he leaped from the city wall.

His blood splattered all over his wife.

The woman who had been cursing him just a moment earlier, telling him not to be so shameless, let out a wail.

I merely watched, expressionless, as another woman huddled in the arms of her beloved.

That woman was my wife, the empress of this world.

I thought it was time to go home.
