I was born a maid. Was I really meant to be bullied by everyone?

If they disliked me, they could ruin me forever with a casual word.

So was I destined to remain a maid forever, able to do no more than struggle in their grasp, no matter how hard I tried?

I have many people to thank for my rise from maid to female official. All of them helped reshape my way of thinking.
