Reborn as Doflamingo! I Weave Fate with My Strings!

Doflamingo immediately ordered: "Simultaneously register relevant patents in the black market of major franchise countries and non-franchise countries around the world to build technical barriers. Then, spread the word and invite... Well, let's first invite three pharmaceutical giants who have close relations with the navy and the world government to conduct a non-public technology preview and evaluation. Note that only the effects will be shown, and the core data and processes will not be disclosed." Where does Pirates get its patent restrictions? Aren't you going to kill anyone who is unhappy? Can you still negotiate patents with Roger? Or do you want to talk to Rocks? Without a stable society, there would be no such thing as patents, let alone this world of pirates where anyone can kill, man.
