A girl who comes from an ordinary background and is very self-centered, no matter whether she is a son, a daughter-in-law, a mother, or a mother-in-law, she insists on being self-centered and never considers the thoughts of the people around her throughout her life. In the eyes of her spouse, she is unfeminine, in the eyes of her children, she is the source of trouble, and in the eyes of her daughter-in-law, she is the embodiment of hostility. So, is her life really happy?

At this point in the book, I felt that the heroine was not selfish, she was a very kind woman. Although she disliked her first love because she was poor, she still wanted to get married. For her sister to help her get married, and her patience with her husband, I felt that the heroine was not very unethical, but just a little bit. She is uneducated, backward and snobbish. The book describes the heroine's self-interested things. Isn't this something normal people would do? The heroine's current bad life is entirely caused by the environment in which she was born and her closed thoughts. Otherwise, it would be wonderful to get divorced early.
