The Beautiful Older Sister Is Actually My Mentor

Beneath the boundless sky of emotion, age is but a speck of dust, and gender a passing breeze. Neither can stand in the way of love's surging tide. I may be a little young by the measure of time, but we are both women: how could the joining of our hearts be limited? A girl's love for another girl is like clear stars shining in the night, pure and untainted, burning hot enough to melt frost.

A girl's protection of another girl is like a towering mountain standing firm, steadfast and full of affection, gentle yet powerful. This bond transcends worldly definitions. It has nothing to do with romance or longing, but is the truest response from deep within the soul. It flows quietly through the long river of time, shining brightly and warming every corner of each other's lives.
