Digeena transmigrates into the Harry Potter world. Before an owl can deliver her acceptance letter, she unexpectedly finds a mysterious notebook called the “Death Note.”
The notebook's rule: anyone whose name is written in it will die.
Voldemort scoffs: “All I need to do is flick my wand and cast an Avada Kedavra to kill someone.”
Digeena muses: “You Dark wizards have to chant and recite spells to use Dark Magic, and you need to lock onto your target precisely. Miss by even a little and it's useless. What a hassle.”
The Death Eaters glare furiously at her: “How dare a mere Mudblood question Lord Voldemort's Killing Curse!”
Digeena: “Sorry, I'm not questioning it, just stating a fact. Unlike you Dark wizards, all I have to do is write someone's name in the Death Note. Even if they flee to the ends of the earth, they can't escape death.”
Voldemort and the Death Eaters: “...”
Digeena raises the little black notebook and looks at Voldemort with clear eyes. “Sir, the one with no nose, may I ask your real name?”
Dumbledore answers at just the right moment with a genial smile: “His real name is Tom Riddle.”
Voldemort flies into a rage: “You old geezer! Shut up!”

The Shinigami Ryuk looks down at the human world: “Looks like I've found another interesting Death Note holder, after Light Yagami~”
