A Little Red Flag on the Mountain

Wang Shiyi is a young woman from a big city. After graduating, she happened to come to Erqie Village to teach. For various reasons, including the area's remote location, the organization that had sent teachers there gave up on supporting the village. Unable to bear the thought of the local students having to travel far away to study, Wang Shiyi volunteered to return to Erqie and teach. Thus began her story with the students of Erqie, and she went on to help many of them find a way out of the mountains.
