Reborn as a Detective

In January 2024, detective Zhang Damin’s negligence while trying to capture an A-list fugitive not only got his mentor killed, but also let the criminal escape. Zhang was dismissed from the police force, and his wife divorced him. Down on his luck, Zhang got into a car accident after drinking and unexpectedly transmigrated back to the time just after he graduated from police academy.

In his new life, Zhang Damin draws on years of experience solving cases and his memories of them to achieve one remarkable success after another.
