Siheyuan: I’m the New Chief of Security

Li Weidong had just graduated from the People's Public Security University. Full of righteousness and enthusiasm for his work, he was assigned to the security department of a steel mill. During a routine inspection of a small storeroom, he unexpectedly caught two colleagues, Guo Dabiezi and Qin Huairu, behaving inappropriately.

Faced with this sudden situation, Li Jianguo knew he had to handle it carefully. Rather than act rashly, he calmly recorded what he had seen and reported it to the factory leadership. The factory decided to focus on education, calling in the people involved for a reprimand and helping them recognize and correct their mistakes.

Li Jianguo's attitude earned the workers' respect. Yi Zhonghai, a veteran worker with plenty of experience, also approved of the promising young head of security. When Deaf Granny tried to plead for leniency by bringing up favors from the past, Li Jianguo listened patiently and explained the importance of the law. In the end, she left in a calm frame of mind.
