Magic Kaito 1412: The Sequel

Kuroba Kaito is a 17-year-old high school student, and his childhood friend is Nakamori Aoko.

One day, Kaito unexpectedly discovers a hidden room in his home. There he learns that his father was the once-famous Phantom Thief Kid, who vanished eight years ago. He also suspects that his father didn’t die in an accident during a performance, but was murdered. To uncover the truth behind his father’s disappearance, he takes on his father’s identity as a phantom thief and uses it to draw out the culprit.

Later, he learns that the organization responsible for his father’s death is searching for Pandora. Kaito decides to find Pandora first and destroy it, so he steals jewels everywhere to check whether any of them are Pandora. He sends the jewels back or throws them away.
