This is a rights protection article. Around 2012, I wrote "Yancheng Flowers Know the Snow" under the pseudonym "Luoshu". There was no awareness of copyright at that time, and electronic manuscripts were circulated freely. There was a platform that wanted to buy the copyright, but the agreement was sent to them because they couldn't bear to sell it.
This year I was told by a friend that someone would publish "Yancheng Hua Zhi Xue" on multiple other platforms under the name "Luoshu" in 2020. The title of the book, character names, and plot are exactly the same as what I created.
I have never published this article on the above platforms under the name "Luo Shu", nor have I authorized anyone to do so.
The consulting lawyer was told that it would be difficult and time-consuming to obtain evidence, and that there was little point in pursuing accountability.
But I remembered that when I wrote this article, I was still studying. I used class breaks and self-study to write "Yancheng" in my notebook stroke by stroke. Every character was presented on paper from heart to pen. My own cub was stolen by someone else without my knowledge. I am unwilling to do so.
I hereby publish this article. After each chapter, I will paste part of my original manuscript and creative inspiration.
