Respectfully remembering the succession of the saints, the benevolence spreads widely, reaching all over the world, and benevolence to the people. Today, my destiny has been restored, and I have the divine weapon in my hand. I dare not work conscientiously, respect God and love my people, continue to recount my forefathers' aspirations, and show my loyalty to the emperor.
Announcement to the world, Buz's new destiny:
1. From now on, we have worked hard to govern, work diligently and love the people, work tirelessly day and night, and answer the will of heaven and comfort the public opinion.
2. Internal and external ministers should abide by their duties and work together to support the country. They should not neglect their duties, ensure that the government is harmonious and the country is peaceful and the people are safe.
3. Clarify the laws and regulations, straighten the rules and disciplines, severely punish the corrupt and sycophants, praise the loyal and the good, so that good and evil will be rewarded, and justice will be clear.
4. Be lenient to the people, light corvees and low taxes, save punishments and be cautious in punishments, promote benefits and eliminate disadvantages, so that Li and Yuan can live their lives and share peace.
5. Teach martial arts, cultivate military and political science, train troops and select generals, strengthen our border defenses to prepare for emergencies, and protect our homeland and country.
6. Advocate Confucianism, respect teachers and Taoism, promote the holy religion, enlighten people's hearts, and make a country of etiquette and righteousness a common practice.
7. Collect opinions from the public, receive advice like a stream, open up avenues for speech, recruit talented people, and pool their wisdom to assist me.
8. Fusui is spread all over the country, embracing people far and wide, maintaining good neighborliness and friendship, harmonizing all nations, and achieving prosperity together.
I have taken on a great responsibility for the first time, but I am afraid of being defeated. I am willing to work with the people of the world to work together to overcome the difficulties, and to protect the Ming Dynasty and the country forever with the great responsibility entrusted to me by my deputy ancestors. This edict is hereby issued, and the envoys of Xian will be aware of it.
