Note: This book is lighthearted and funny, with absolutely no angst. The protagonist has no female lead. Also, be warned that some of the monsters in this book may be a little gross. If imagining them grosses you out, don't blame the author, because the author thought they were gross before posting, too. Of course, feel free to point out anything bizarre, since the author may add it to the story.
Hidden in the dark corners of this world are many anomalous spaces. Within them live anomalous beings. They resemble creatures from the real world, but are not quite the same. They are more like entirely new forms of life, with greater intelligence, more destructive power, greater speed, and tougher defenses. Humans call them Containment Objects.
To deal with anomalies, humanity established an organization dedicated to studying them: the Anomaly Containment Center, also known as the Abnormal Research Department, or ARD for short.
The ARD began secretly researching anomalies, sending people into anomalous spaces to capture Containment Objects and bring them back to the human world for study.
Humans want to understand once and for all where anomalies come from, how the Containment Objects inside them were created, why these spaces appear out of nowhere, and why they pull humans inside.
And so humanity began observing anomalous spaces and their Containment Objects.
And it... They are watching all of us... humans... primates... living... things...
