The Rise of Hong Kong Island: Starting as an Undercover Agent

Hong Kong in the 1980s was a tempestuous place. The money empire was collapsing, a new order had yet to take shape, the Four Great Families were just beginning to emerge, and heroes from every corner were making their mark.

Xu Tianze transmigrated into this era of strongmen and plunged right in, starting out as an undercover agent. At first, people called him a runt, a deadbeat. But as he rose to fame in Hong Kong, some called him Brother Ze, while others called him Boss.

By the 1990s, everyone respectfully called him... Mr. Xu!
