(Both leads are each other’s only partners + gaming + sweet romance + retired special forces soldier turned domineering CEO + wife beats up husband in all sorts of ways + post-apocalyptic escape later on)
A domineering CEO who used to be a special forces soldier VS a sweet little wife who can snap a man’s neck with her bare hands.
Gu Yi was rebellious in his youth and didn’t want to inherit the family business. He enlisted with a childhood friend. During a mission, a young girl from a tribe saved him. She had a bright smile and a simple, innocent heart.
Gu Yi’s goal was to protect this sheltered little bunny, until he saw with his own eyes as she snapped a criminal’s neck...
Because of a psychological disorder, the girl had no choice but to have her memories of meeting Gu Yi removed.
Gu Yi kept his promise and stopped appearing in her life. He held himself back for four years, but all that restraint vanished when he ran into her again in an online game.
He would rather take a beating from the girl’s mother than miss the chance to sweet-talk and trick the girl into marrying him in the game first.
The heroine isn’t very bright, and has no idea how strong she is. She’s obedient and cute, and usually a carefree, adorable young woman. But when it comes to fighting, she’ll beat up the hero, a retired special forces soldier, without hesitation.
The heroine and the second female lead are both stronger than the hero, so keep that in mind before reading.
Hero: Refined and well-mannered, distant yet amiable, but when he loses it, he has a rough, bandit-like air about him, like a rowdy soldier.
Heroine: A powerhouse in real life, but not very smart. In the game, she has no fighting ability, but is fairly clever.
It's good to read, the story is very good.
There are quite a few lunatics in this book. Very well written. Keep up the good work
Not bad, not bad, it won't hurt to give it a try.
