I Can't Seem to Hold On to Anyone

[Two male leads + supernatural fantasy + ensemble cast leanings + academy setting + power progression + childhood friends]

[Ye Xun, a wood-type controller, vs. Lu Ting, a fire-type attacker]

Three people from the start, and we pick up all our teammates along the way.

[Everything you think you know may be shaped by someone behind the scenes, but trust your instincts.]

What? I got accepted to the world's number-one academy?!

Me? Me? Me? Is this for real or not? o.O?

What? I ran into a sickly beauty on the road. Should I help him?

He's so good-looking, how could it possibly be his fault? Help him, help him!

What? My buddy likes me? I only think of him as a friend, so that definitely can't happen.

Damn it, he's so considerate that I'm kind of not used to it.

“I may not be capable of saving the world, but I saw a future with you in it. I can, and I want to, do everything in my power to make that future happen.”

[What you know may not be true, but it may not be false either. Trust yourself. It's okay: the future has always been in your hands.]
