Xiao Ling transmigrates into the body of a poor farmer in ancient times. All he wants is a carefree life with his wife and children, enjoying the warmth of home.
The patient he saves by chance turns out to be someone important, and his inventions astonish the imperial family.
The emperor summons him by decree, the crown prince exploits him, a stunning princess tries to tempt him and cries that she won't marry anyone else, while a mysterious woman wants him dead.
Xiao Ling is furious: “If anyone stops me from farming, I'll plant them in the ground!”
