Yang was born in Xiaoshan Village, Ningchuan Province. After graduating from junior high school, he studied automobile maintenance for two years and worked as a maintenance worker in a 4S shop for five years. Under the training of veteran maintenance masters, he became a technical supervisor of automobile maintenance. By chance, he went to the Japanese head office to participate in racing mechanic training and learned to become a racing mechanic. On the eve of graduation, he was expelled for fighting with a Japanese classmate. On the eve of leaving Japan in Tokyo, I went to watch underground racing. I heard about the problems with underground racing and was invited to work as a mechanic at a racing car modification factory. From then on, he embarked on the path of underground racing mechanics.
