Su Ran is an unlucky fellow who accidentally became a judge in the underworld after dying from overwork. In this gloomy yet utterly ridiculous place, he matches wits with ghosts who dodge responsibility and fake accidents, and trades jokes with mischievous troublemakers. Keeping things in order turns into one fiasco after another, meals in the cafeteria bring constant "surprises," and he even discusses the underworld's theatrical ambitions with a comedy-loving ghost. Watch the most absurd judge in history turn life in the underworld into a hilarious, chaotic farce, filling even the courts of the netherworld with the lively, laugh-out-loud bustle of everyday life.
