Dreams Are Actually Gateways to Parallel Worlds

Help, I've Recently Gotten Into Imaginative Modern Romance

Looking for books similar to The Movie Emperor Always Wants to Scheme Against Me. I want a modern-day novel with an imaginative premise 📖, especially one where both leads are rational and clever (they have brains). I want a tightly paced, logical plot where they overcome every challenge and find their way to each other. Mutual love, please.
