Farming + Western fantasy + a complicated pantheon of faiths + industry + ... In short, it's a complicated mix.
“A local god wants to change jurisdictions? Turn right up ahead for the Pantheon's Human Resources Office.”
“Unhappy with last year's performance review? The Pantheon's suggestion box is hanging on the wall. Just go put in a complaint. Don't worry, there are no cameras.”
“You've discovered a new material with a spiritual resistance 10% lower than blackstone? Hurry, hurry! The teleportation array to the Industrial Ministry's Materials Research Institute is right behind you. An officer will take you there!”
“You've discovered an unregistered new god? It can control metal? Quick, get me the Highland Steelworks! They've found the metalworking machines they need!”
“How can you not use something as useful as gods and magic to boost productivity?” said Otto, savior of the Old Continent, guardian of the spiritfolk, and ruler of the empire.
