Autumn Dreams, Homeward Bound

When Chu Nan learned that Yan Chuhan had won the battle but died of his wounds, she was overcome with grief. At last, one autumn afternoon, her life faded away... (This isn’t good, and the writing is bad. Don’t read it. Consider yourself warned!) Perhaps Heaven took pity on her, or fate could not bear it; perhaps it was all just a dream. At the beginning of autumn, she found herself back four years in the past, before the tragedy of her former life had begun. Resolved not to be a frail woman anymore, Chu Nan began studying day and night and making friends with the capable. She diligently studied medicine, learned to make all kinds of pills, and trained hard in martial arts. One of the men had once been the sweetheart she watched grow up. On that snowy day, with white flakes filling the sky, he could not understand why she left. But she wanted to fight for him, and for a peaceful, prosperous world. The other man she first met at a temple outside the city. One glance, and she knew her feelings would last a thousand years. People love to spread rumors and forget that ingratitude and coldness are all too common. She debates a crowd of scholars, while he fiercely takes her side.
