"Classic Calligraphy Inscriptions from the Past" is a series of large format (8 pages) books that selects masterpieces of Chinese calligraphers and inscriptions from past dynasties. Each volume presents a famous frame of inscriptions or a classic work by a calligrapher, and is accompanied by an introduction and explanation of the calligrapher or inscriptions.

The fonts in his calligraphy are overall even and steep, with strong muscles and bones, fresh and smooth, elegant and smart, which is exactly what is called "iron painting and silver hook".
