[Two male leads + some angst + multiple couples + redemption + cultivation] Someone altered the original ending. After the world collapsed and rewound again and again, 018 decided to travel to another realm in search of a suitable Host.
Because of the time discrepancy, by the time he brought his Host back to the original world, many years had already passed there. After Su Che killed the heroine, 018 didn't want the tragedy to happen again. He used all his spiritual energy to turn back time by ten years, but the strain left him transformed into a little white ball.
When Ye Wuyan woke again, he realized that everyone had their own thoughts, instead of endlessly repeating the same lines reserved for NPCs. Once the little ball could talk, Ye Wuyan resumed his mission to win people over.
Shen Yeqing: Why is this person always inexplicably nice to me? Could he have some ulterior motive?
Ye Wuyan: When are the male and female leads going to get closer? I've been imitating the heroine's way of speaking and bringing him things for days, but why isn't his affection level going up?
After countless attempts, Ye Wuyan was practically stunned.
Ye Wuyan: “Wait, is this guy made of stone? His affection level hasn't gone up at all, and yet, for no reason, my affection level for him went up by three. What's wrong with me?”
018: “Is it possible you're going about this the wrong way?”
Shen Yeqing: “...”
