"Concerns about Border Troubles" shows people why the Liao, Xia and Jin regimes, which were neighbors to the Song Dynasty, had border disputes and wars with the Song Dynasty, and how the nomadic regimes rose and fell. Xixia, founded by Dangxiang, fought five Song-Xia wars with the Song Dynasty; Liao, founded by the Khitan tribe, attacked the Song Dynasty several times, posing a greater threat to the Song Dynasty; and Jin, founded by the Jurchens, destroyed the Liao Dynasty, carried out many attacks on the Song Dynasty, kidnapped the two emperors of Huiqin, and destroyed the Northern Song Dynasty.
