Five people, including high school student Ye Jin'an, wake in the dead of night to find the world has become a dark abyss. In the sky, evil creatures blot out the sun like clouds of ink, baring their claws and fangs; on the ground, the contaminated humans stagger like the walking dead, reeking of decay. The city lies in ruins, despair and silence filling every corner. They are the only people left in this apocalypse who are still clear-headed, yet even they are pursued by unending terror.
