Plotting Against Him! Danger! That's His Brother's Friend!

[Radiant, gentle, well-behaved girl + elegant, roguish young master who dotes on his little sister]

[Unrequited love turns mutual + college campus + no romantic rivals + sweet, indulgent romance + a pair who flirt by reeling each other in]

Tomato readers, the two of them are not related by blood, so there’s no ethical issue.

Fu Yu is outstanding in every way: grades, looks, and family background. Even just one of those qualities would make him stand out from a crowd.

But anyone who tries to get close to him is sure to be mocked by others.

“Who else could that dream guy of yours possibly care about besides his little sister?”

Lin Zhi thought so too. She liked this older brother who had joined her family partway through life. He would walk her back to the dorm, bring her an umbrella in the rain when she’d forgotten hers, and show up right away whenever she was unhappy.

But she knew he saw her as nothing but a little sister, and was only good to her because of her brother.

She wanted to break through that unspoken barrier, yet couldn’t help savoring the warmth he gave her.

During military training, a video of the two of them together went viral on the school forum.

Her roommate said Fu Yu was definitely different with her.

Every word of their gossip struck Lin Zhi right in the heart, stirring up the greed, longing, and obsession she had repeatedly tried to bury.

If being close by gives her an advantage, could she give it a try? Could she reach for the moon she had kept hidden in her heart all along?

So she began carrying out her plan, step by step.

One evening, Fu Yu walked her back as usual, but when they were almost at the dorm, he led her to a secluded corner.

With the girl backed against the wall, he leaned close to her ear. His hot breath brushed her earlobe, sending a tingling shiver through her.

“Little Zhi, haven’t you had enough of trying to reel me in? When are you going to give me a different title from ‘big brother’?”

Fu Yu thought he had everything under control. But if he was the one getting reeled in, so be it. The outcome was all that mattered; the process didn’t.
