The Happy Life of Big Silly Bull

Haniu, a rural kid from Northeast China who grew up without a father, dropped out of school after only a few years to help his mother with the work. Plenty of people in the village called him “Big Dumb Ox” or “Big Black Ox” behind his back. He looked honest and simple, but he wasn't dumb at all. He helped the village women plow their fields and get their work done.

By chance, his distant cousin Li Chengcai, a college student from the village, took him to the city to find work. Haniu brought his natural talents with him, and this nobody began his rise, step by step climbing to the pinnacle of life!

This is absolutely a novel you'll regret not reading, and regret even more after reading, because you didn't start sooner. The blurb can't do it justice, so read the story!
