It's a book about cutting one's waist to make a fortune. There is a plot in which he invites a few villains to come over, and then the villains on the opposite side think that he was responsible for a fight with the villain, and then both sides suffer. It seems that the male protagonist goes up and cuts his waist. Does anyone know what the book is?
