Backrooms: Escaping the Infinite Loop

Have you heard of the “Backrooms”?

The day after my friend asked me about the Backrooms,

my good friend Sun Ming disappeared.

Officer Chen pointed to the person vanishing out of thin air on the surveillance footage and asked me:

“Do you know about…the Backrooms?”

I shook my head.

A month later, Sun Ming miraculously returned on his own.

I hid a diary covered in messy handwriting.

Then I turned to Officer Chen and smiled:

“The Backrooms? Of course not. That stuff is all made up!”

“But if you ever come to my place, don’t read the diary on the table.”
