The story takes place in an alternate dimension, where two entirely different worlds collide. Luffy, the heir to the title of Pirate King in One Piece, has an unexpected encounter with Bald Qiang, the villain from Boonie Bears. After a misunderstanding, Luffy and Bald Qiang engage in an earth-shaking battle. Though they come from very different backgrounds, one a free-spirited pirate and the other a logging foreman who keeps doing evil for profit, both are ambitious and unwavering in their beliefs. Through their clash, the story explores the collision of different values and ways of life, and how the two ultimately discover changes within themselves amid the conflict.
